Q1 - What is ur shop opening hours?
A1 - Our shop open daily from 12pm - 9pm.Alternativly,u can call us if u need to collect earlier or later.
Q2 - Is the price stated include goods & service tax (GST)?
A2 - All price stated is nett price with no gst charge as we are non-gst registered company.
Q3 - Does that means tourist are unable to claim 7% gst from the airport?
A4 - We do not pratice additional 7% gst charge upon purchase like other retail or those list price shop as the gst is incurred by the customer with no transparency.Morever,tourist can only claim back 4.5% of the gst as there are service charge for the gst company.
Q4 - What is the mode of payment?
A4 - We do accept cash & nets payment upon purchase without any card charge,credit card is acceptable although is not preferred by us as there are bank interest which we cannot absorb so we have to pass the additional charge to the buyer.
Q5 - Do u have installment plan?
A5 - We do have installment plan for Diners card member only as our machine have the facility to charge on monthly basis,either 6 months or 12 months without any interest.
Q6 - Do u keep stock of all the product listed?
A6 - We do keep almost all of the product listed except those which are slow-moving item,feel free to call us at 68365496 to check on other product not listed.
Q7 - Do u accept trade-in of used or new sign-line phone?
Q7 - Yes,we accept used or new phone.U can check out our trade-in phone page for more information.

A8 - We take pride in selling all of our product with manufacturer warranty for 1 year,only those stated export set is without any warranty.
Q9 - Do u provide home delivery service?
A9 - Currently we are updating status,as for now only self-collect at our store due to manpower shortage.
